The Palace Hotel and Serviced Apartments is a lifestyle destination and is one of the main anchors for the Dubai Creek Harbour Island, comprising of a 122 key Palace branded lifestyle hotel and a 46 storey branded residential tower.
1. The Challenge
Connect a complex multi zone residence with diverse patron requirements, ensuring wayfinding is intuitive across arrival, leisure, dining and hospitality spaces - for first time guests and returning visitors alike.
2. The Approach
We developed a cohesive signage language inspired by the resorts; architecture and coastal setting - using refined materials, clear hierarchies and consistent detailing to create a calm, confident and luxurious guest experience.
